A haunting occurs when a spirit or spirits remain in a location after their death. They may appear in different forms and manifest in many ways. Most hauntings are believed to occur because something traumatic occurred at the location.

Bumps in the night, a feeling that you’re being watched or touched, noises that don’t have a logical explanation and even full apparitions are all signs of a haunting. But, if you’re new to this, it can be hard to determine what is real from what isn’t.
